The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website, The use of this site or submitting an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

General
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
Accuracy of Product Information & Picture's
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturers, publications, publicists, or been gathered from public-domain sources. Our intention is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, We cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
Payment & Price
As we are a business to business seller, all our prices shown are exluding VAT, and VAT will be added at the time of checkout.
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. As previously stated should the price change or be incorrect the contract is void and must be restarted by you the consumer.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Electron, Mastercard and Switch / Maestro. When ordering you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. You may also pay by cheque although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 10 days.
If you have paid with PayPal Express, and have not provided us with a contact number, please email us your phone number, to prevent any delays.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Charges
UK Delivery is a very competitive flat rate of just £10 on all orders under £500, and orders over this amount will be delivered free! To take advantage of this offer simply enter "FreeDel" in the discount coupon box at checkout.
Delivery charges to Mainland UK addresses can be seen in the checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) may incur additional charges (e-mail us for a quotation) and may also experience delivery delays.
Delivery Times
Delivery will normally be made within 1-7 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If our suppliers or we are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Product Guarantees
Should your product develop a fault within a first seven days of purchase you many return your goods for a full refund providing you return the unit in the same condition as supplied. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.
If the product is received and there is a problem we will make it right within 7 days of your receipt. Please check your product upon delivery. This warranty starts on the day of receipt of the product. If there is a problem please contact us.
As we are a business to business supplier - the distance selling regulations (cooling off period) does not apply to any transaction conducted via this website.
Cancellation of Orders & Returned Goods
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, or you change your mind about ordering from us, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.
It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery, the cancellation must be put into writing and received within the 7-day period. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.
Other
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. We do not offer any credit facilities at the moment. We will issue you with an electronic invoice once we have dispatched the goods to you. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you. |
